- To confirm your Home Construction or Home Interior service, you need to pay 2% of the estimated project cost as the booking amount.

04Drawings & Agreements
- Our architects will create comprehensive drawings and designs until you are fully satisfied.
- Designs for house construction encompass floor plans, 3D elevations, as well as electrical, plumbing, and structural designs.
- A project manager is assigned, and a team for project management will work on your contract.
- All project details, such as specifications, work schedules, payment schedules, etc., are entered into the system.

05Project Tracking & Payments
- V4U Homes ensures complete trust by working on an escrow model where you transfer payment for each stage of the project. The money will be spent only upon successful completion of each stage.
- Our project management team tracks and monitors the project using our system and processes, which includes regular site visits and provide status updates to our customers alone with site pictures, QC checks etc.

06Handing over & Possession
- In the final stage, we ensure that you are comfortably settled in your dream home. Our journey together doesn't stop here. We provide one year FREE courtesy maintenance for all our projects and will extend our maintenance for subsequent years for a nominal fee.
