Ms. Lakshmi and family are building their dream home in Adhanur, Chennai. This spacious G+1 residence, designed on a 1,972 sq.ft plot, features 3 bedrooms, ample natural ventilation, and several custom elements including a swing area and study room. The home also includes a beautiful road-facing balcony and a secondary living room on the first floor.

RESIDENCE FOR MR. SANTHOSH

Ms. Santhosh and family are building a luxury duplex G+2 villa at their plot located in Karapakkam, Chennai. The duplex home starts from 1st floor with 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms. COMMERCIAL BUILDING AT MAXWORTH NAGAR

We are constructing a G+3 commercial building for a high-profile client in Maxworth Nagar, Chennai. The project is developed on a 2,200 sq.ft plot with a built-up area of approximately 6,500 sq.ft. Each floor offers around 1,500 sq.ft of usable space, suitable for offices, clinics, banks, and similar businesses. The stilt floor accommodates ample car parking, and the building will feature a premium elevation, an 8-passenger lift, and full generator backup
